The score etc and how well did you play? I do have some more old cuttings of some our local teams and will add them over the coming weeks |

I was only a kid at Newton Abbot Spurs for the original photo. For the second one I was at Newton Abbot '66 so it is probably 1981?

Dave,
Looking through the Upton Photographs, Miike Griffiths who was Uptons captain, can now be found watching his son Kenny (Buckland 1st team keeper)on a Saturday afternoon at Homers Heath he always parks his vechicle in the same place, and will always have a chat about football with you. Dave if you want the next time you are up the Heath, when the 1st are at home i will introduce you to him i know he has a large collection of old programmes of local football,and i am sure you would get on well with Mike.

Thanks that would be great and I’m looking forward to the start of the new season as Homers Heath will become my new home. I will be going to watch other teams play during the season as well, but will get to as many first home games that I can. |
