Goodrington Beach & Steam Train 13th Feb 2018
It really has been a very wet winter and when I have had a day off from work; it has rained most of the day. It was raining hard this morning but by lunch time the sun had come out and I just had to go out and enjoy it for a few hours.
I had wanted to get a few shots of our local steam train as it has just started up again for the season. But I did not have enough time to walk as far as I wanted to as from that location you can get some great shots of the train with the sea behind it.
Never mind I will get those shots when the weather is a bit better and when its not so muddy as it was today. Walking from the far end of Goodrington Beach up alone the coast path is not something I have done before so I got my very first sighting of both Oyster and Saltern coves.
A good number of people were out enjoying the winter sunshine which was nice to see, we are so lucky living here with so many beaches and coves to explore all around the Bay.
